Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA 82/2016 for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a monetary contribution of $439,356.17 in relation to the excess floor space of 152.34sqm to be applied towards public works for the improvement and regeneration of parks and reserves in the Rose Bay/Dover Heights area and Waverley’s Affordable Housing program.
