Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Modification Application DA-435/2016/B for the property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $149,682 to be applied towards the Complete Streets Program and 25% towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.
