Harnessing Intergenerational Knowledge for Collective Climate Change Impact project

Want to connect with young people and other seniors to explore ideas about climate change? THEN WE NEED YOU!!!

Waverley Council is inviting expressions of interest for seniors (60+) to join ‘Power to the Future: Harnessing Intergenerational Knowledge for Collective Climate Change Impact’ project. Applications close 27 March 2023.

This program will provide a platform to translate knowledge, thinking and ideas into positive actions.

As part of this program, you will get to meet other seniors and youth and share with them your views and knowledge. You will also participate in various activities including youth & seniors discussion sessions, yarning circles and more.

How to apply:

Age Required
Are you willing to get a Working with Children Check? This will be organised by Waverley Council? Required
How often do you worry and get anxious thinking about climate change? Required
I am committed to the program, and I understand my involvement in the program will require me to attend activities once every 1-2 months including weekend activities. Required
Do you have access to internet, a computer or Ipad?  Required
