Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-169/2022/F for 150-152 Glenayr Avenue, Bondi Beach.

The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $342,720.00 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Bondi Park Plan of Management and Local Villages Centre Strategy for the Bondi Beach area.
