Background

Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-421/2020/E for 96-104 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction.

The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $119,600 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards delivery of Waverley Bike Strategy and the draft Waverley Walking Strategy.

This is the second VPA for the development at 96-104 Ebley Street. A VPA has already been executed on this site under DA-421/2020 and DA-421/2020/B, endorsed by Council on the 19th of August 2025. More information about this previous VPA can be found here.
