Project Update

A draft VPA associated with this DA was exhibited in October 2023, however, Council did not endorse that VPA as the draft public purpose was not supported. This new draft VPA contains a revised public purpose.

Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-304/2022 (and DA-304/2022/A) for 122-128 Hewlett Street, Bronte.

The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $498,940 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned to Waverley's Affordable Housing Program (25%) and the Bronte Park Plan of Management (75%).
