Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-325/2020 for the property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $61,200 to be applied towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.
Please note: DA-325/2020 has already been approved, and the purpose of this exhibition is to receive feedback on the associated Voluntary Planning Agreement, including whether you agree on what public purpose the contribution is being proposed to be spent on.
