Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-325/2020/A and DA-325/2020/B for the property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution amount of $286,560 to be applied 25% towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program ($71,640) and 75% towards the Clifftop Walkway Upgrade – Diamond Bay and Eastern Reserves ($214,920).
Please note: DA-325/2020/A and DA-325/2020/B have already been approved, and the purpose of this exhibition is to receive feedback on the associated Voluntary Planning Agreement, including whether you agree on what public purpose the contribution is being proposed to be spent on.
