Background
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-355/2021/A for 140-142 Curlewis Street, Bondi Beach
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $731,000 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program (25%) and the Curlewis Street Streetscape Upgrade (75%).
