Background
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-472/2022/A for 141-155 Curlewis Street, Bondi Beach.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $573,680 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program (25%) and the Our Liveable Centres – Streetscape Upgrades (75%).
