Background
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to a Modification of Development Application DA-152/2021/B for 154 Ramsgate Avenue, North Bondi.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $238,920 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program (25%) and the North Bondi Shops and Bus Terminus Upgrade (75%).
You're invited to review the following amended documents and provide your feedback by Sunday 3 March 2024:
There has already been a VPA associated with the original DA-152/2021. This second VPA is associated with the Modification of the original DA.
