Waverley Council received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-316/2015/B for the property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $54,320 to be applied towards the upgrading and improvement of parks and reserves in Dover Heights and Rose Bay and 25% towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.

Please note: the DA-316/2015/B is a modification of DA-316/2015 and both applications have already been approved, and the purpose of this exhibition is to receive feedback on the associated Voluntary Planning Agreement, including whether you agree on what public purpose the contribution is being proposed to be spent on.
