Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-88/2019/A for the property at 18-20 Allens Parade, Bondi Junction. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $81,400.00 to be applied towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program (25%) and public domain upgrades in Bondi Junction east or the Bronte Road, Bondi Junction centre (75%).

Before making a submission read the draft Planning Agreement and an explanatory note which can also be viewed in hard copy at Council's Customer Service Centre and Waverley Library.
