Update: At the 8 December 2020 meeting, Council endorsed this draft planning agreement. It offers a total monetary contribution of $311,758 in relation to the excess floor space over the permissible floor space ratio, of which $280,585 (90%) is to be applied towards the Complete Streets Program and $31,176 (10%) towards the Affordable Housing Program. Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the application DA-101/2017/B for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a monetary contribution of $311,758 in relation to the excess floor space over the permissible floor space ratio, to be applied towards the Complete Streets program and provision towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.
