20 Llandaff Street, Bondi Junction Draft Planning Agreement

Update: At the 8 December meeting, Council endored this draft planning agreement. It offers a total monetary contribution of $311,758 in relation to the excess floor space over the permissble floor space ratio, of which $280,585 (90%) is to be applied towards the Complete Streets Program and $31,176 (10%) towards the Affordable Housing Program. Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the application DA-101/2017/B for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a monetary contribution of $311,758 in relation to the excess floor space over the permissible floor space ratio, to be applied towards the Complete Streets program and provision towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.


The draft Planning Agreement is available to access under the 'Documents' tab.


Due to COVID–19, we aren’t having any physical copies of the proposal on display, however if you need to access a version in hard copy please email communications@waverley.nsw.gov.au and we will work to make it available to you.
