Update: At the 25 May 2021 meeting, Council endorsed this draft planning agreement. It offers a total monetary contribution of $1,735,300 to Waverley's Affordable Housing Program. You can read the Council report here (starts pg. 184) and the minutes here (starts pg. 19).
Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Modification Application DA-187/2020/A for the property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $1,735,300.00 to be applied towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.
The draft Planning Agreement and an explanatory note can be viewed here and in hard copy at Council's Customer Service Centre and Waverley Library.
