Background

Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-155/2018/A for 55 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction.

The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $5,535,200 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program (25%) and the Oxford Street and Waverley Street Mall Renewal, Bondi Junction Complete Streets Program and Boot Factory and Mill Hill Community Centre Project (75%).
