Background
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-387/2023 for 92 Ramsgate Avenue Bondi Beach.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $256,602.00 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards Bondi Park improvements in accordance with the Bondi Park, Beach and Pavilion Plan of Management (75%) and Waverley's Affordable Housing Program (25%).
