Background
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-421/2020 and DA-421/2020/B for 96-104 Ebley Street, Bondi Junction.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $946,400 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned towards the Bondi Junction Road Safety and Renewal Program and Bondi Junction Community Facilities Upgrades (75%) and Waverley’s Affordable Housing Program (25%) .
