Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application 547/2015 for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $751,925.00 to the upgrade of the park, public domain and plaza directly adjoining the site to the north east at the intersection of Glenayr Avenue and Blair Street, Bondi Beach.
The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 3 August 2016 to Wednesday 31 August 2016 at the following locations:
