Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-291/2022 and DA-291/2022/A for 27-29 Kimberley Street, Vaucluse.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide:
- A physical land dedication to Council of 327.3sqm shown as 'Lot 11' in Schedule 2 of the draft VPA, and
- A $218,550 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned to Waverley's Affordable Housing Program (25%) and Diamond Bay and Vaucluse park and reserve upgrades (75%).
You're invited to review the following amended documents and provide your feedback by 9am Thursday 17th October 2024.
