Project Update
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per Section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-44/2022/B at 5 Pacific Avenue, Tamarama.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $347,519.85 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned to Waverley's Affordable Housing Program (25%) and the Tamarama Park and Beach Plan of Management and Coastal Parks Plan of Management (75%).
