Project Update
Waverley Council has received a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement, as per Section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-210/2023 at 99-101 Hall Street, Bondi Beach.
The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement is drafted to provide a $533,200 monetary cash contribution that is drafted to be assigned to Waverley's Affordable Housing Program (25%) and local village streetscape improvements and road safety and traffic calming works within the Bondi and Bondi Beach area (75%).
You're invited to review the following amended documents and provide your feedback by Friday 19 July 2024.
