The Waverley Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2012 applies to the whole local government area and came into effect in October 2012. The LEP identifies the type of development that can proceed in certain areas and the relevant development standards that prescribe the maximum height and floor space.
A Planning Proposal has been received from the property owners of Nos. 344-354 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, requesting that the sites be rezoned from B3 Commercial Core to B4 Mixed Use. The proposed rezoning will permit residential development on the subject sites. No change to the current height or floor space development standards is proposed.
