The Consultative Committee (CC) provides a forum for consultation with employees on decisions that affect the workforce. The Consultative Committee is made up of 16 elected employee members who represent their respective workgroups, and employee representatives who are members of the Unions we work with. The CC also contains management representatives.

To form the next two year term of the Consultative Committee, the following number of representatives will be required:

Assets and Operations	6 representatives
Community, Culture and Customer Experience	5 representatives
Planning, Sustainability and Compliance	3 representatives
Corporate Services and General Manager's Unit	2 representatives

The functions of the CC are set out in the Local Government (State) Award. Waverley's Consultative Committee meets monthly.
