Waverley Council has prepared a draft submission to the NSW Department of Planning and Environment to seek approval for increasing the legislated maximum Section 94A levy from 1 per cent to 4 per cent for specific developments with a value greater than $250,000 in Bondi Junction.

The draft submission and supporting information will be on exhibition and may be inspected from Wednesday 30 March 2016 to Thursday 28 April 2016 at the following locations:

Waverley Customer Service Centre

55 Spring Street, Bondi Junction

8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday

Waverley Library

32 - 48 Denison Street, Bondi Junction.

9.30am-9pm, Monday to Friday

9.30am-3pm, Saturday

1pm-5pm, Sunday
