Draft Planning Agreement 157-159 Military Road, Dover Heights

Consultation has concluded

Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA -316/2015 for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $143,605.68 to the upgrade of the intersection of Military Road and Blake Street, Dover Heights which is consistent with Council’s programs and objective of providing for betterment of improvements and maintenance of footpaths, walkways and public areas.

The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 18 January 2017 to Wednesday 15 February 2017 at the following locations:
