Draft Planning Agreement: 701-707 Old South Head Road, Vaucluse

Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the application DA-482/2016/A for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a monetary contribution of $766,360 in relation to the excess floor space of 280sqm or (17%) over the permissible floor space ratio, to be applied towards the improvement and regeneration of parks and reserves in the Diamond Bay/Vaucluse area and Waverley's Affordable Housing Program. The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 6 November 2019 to Wednesday 4 December 2019 at:
