Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to DA/334/2016/A for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $240,000 to be applied to Council's policies and programs namely towards the upgrade of parks, reserves and playgrounds in the Bondi beach and/or North Bondi area and provision towards Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.
The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 4 July 2018 to Wednesday 1 August 2018 in the document library to your right, or in hard copy at the following locations:
