Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA -169/2015 for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $425,151 to the upgrade of the public domain, intersection (“Seven Ways”) and park in the immediate vicinity of the development or any other public purpose benefit for the improvement and regeneration of the Bondi Beach area.
The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 5 October 2016 to Wednesday 2 November 2016 at the following locations:
