Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application 520/2014/A for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $106,882.00 to the upgrade of Thomas Hogan Reserve.

The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 17 August 2016 to Wednesday 14 September 2016 at the following locations:
