Background
Randwick, Waverley and Woollahra Councils jointly invite you to have your say on public electric vehicle (EV) charging in the eastern suburbs.
We understand that not everyone has access to off-street parking to charge an EV. We want to enable those people living and working in our region to feel confident to purchase and own an EV, knowing they can charge it locally.
Have your say
Provide feedback by completing the short online survey.
Closing date for feedback: Sunday 29 August 2021.
Your views are important to us and we'll incorporate your feedback, along with other technical considerations such as parking and electricity availability, to identify potential locations for new EV charging stations.
Responses will help inform current and emerging initiatives to support public charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, in line with our commitment to enable the uptake of zero-emissions transport like electric vehicles in our community, alongside other sustainable transport options.
Note: this survey is strictly canvassing feedback on electric vehicles, not hybrid vehicles
All submissions will form part of Council’s public record and as such may be made publicly available. Your name and contact details will be kept confidential. If you want to submit a response by mail please address to: c/o Manager, Regional Environment Program, Waverley Council, PO Box 9, Bondi Junction NSW 1355
