Project History
Waverley Council is planning to upgrade Fingleton Reserve. This upgrade will bring the play equipment up to date with the latest Australian Standards for safety, as well as improve the play experience of the existing play space as identified in Waverley Council’s Play Space Strategy.
Key improvements proposed in the concept aim to:
- Provide a range of play experiences and cater to a range of age groups through active, imaginative, creative, social, quiet and free play.
- Create play spaces that encourage play in natural environments to promote an understanding of environmental processes.
- Improve the amenity and accessibility of the reserve.
Before we do this, we welcome your feedback on the concept design. Your feedback helps to ensure we make the upgrades that the community wants and needs.
Proudly funded by the NSW Government in association with Waverley Council.
