The Gould St Street Party is Bondi Festival’s newest event, bringing festival action and audiences to your doorstep for a day of arts and culture, retail and hospitality.
In 2023, 69,000 attendees and 227 artists generated an additional $1.2 million for local businesses during Bondi Festival.
On Saturday 20 July, 2024, Gould Street will be closed to traffic between Curlewis Street and Hall Street. From 11am to 4pm we’re bringing festival audiences to you with staged and roaming performances, local artists, drop-in activities and the opportunity for Gould St and surrounding area businesses to trade or activate outdoors.
Local businesses are invited and will be supported to trade outdoors, and to celebrate the day with special offers to drive curiosity and delight. Local musicians and roving performers will entertain with set and incidental performances. Hands-on art and sustainability activities will allow friends, families and strangers to socialise and play as they rediscover local creatives, retailers, food outlets and market stalls.
When participating in Gould St Street Party Business Engagement Program, you will receive:
- Event inclusion and promotion via the Bondi Festival website
- Inclusion in the overall Gould St Street Party Festival marketing, social media and publicity campaigns
