We're kick starting the silly season with the return of Light Up Waverley, a festive lights competition for the community! Waverley is known for being vibrant and colourful, and we're excited to bring even more life to the area this summer.

Residents and businesses are encouraged to get into the festive spirit by decorating their outdoor space, whether it's your front yard, balcony, window, or store front.

Competition closes 10am AEDT, Wednesday, 10 December 2025.

Note: Entries into the Sustainable Display categories do not require the use of lights and can just be festive decorations or artwork.
