Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 7.5 (previously 93G) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-68/2017 for the property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $727,168.00 to be applied towards the Waverley Affordable Housing Program (25%) and Waverley Street Mall upgrades and creative interventions including re-paving, creative lighting and outdoor media installations in accordance with Waverley’s Creative Lighting Strategy, the Waverley Arts and Culture Plan and Waverley Strategic Asset Management 5 (75%)

It should be noted that DA-68/2017 has already been approved, and the purpose of this exhibition is to receive feedback on the associated Voluntary Planning Agreement, including whether you agree on what public purpose the contribution is being proposed to be spent on.
