Open for Managers and Executive Managers to nominate an outdoor staff member or outdoor team across the organisation.

This award is presented to an outdoor staff member (or team) who:

  • Go above and beyond their daily work to make sure Waverley is kept to a high and attractive standard.
  • Proactively report issues, problems, or asset defects in the public domain.
  • Make suggestions on how we can improve the look and feel of Waverley.
  • Manage and report graffiti, bill posters, milk crates, shopping trolleys, and illegally dumped rubbish.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and timely responses when following up on enquiries.

Open for Managers and Executive Managers to nominate a staff member or team across the organisation.

  • Is committed to the principles of efficient, honest and ethical governance.
  • Proven excellence in governance practices in their area of work with demonstrated outstanding examples of such practices.

GM Award – Excellence in Consistent Performance and Commitment

Open for Managers and Executive Managers to nominate a staff member or team across the organisation.

  • A role model for positive behaviour and attitude in the workplace.
  • Is recognised and appreciated by the organisation as a key ‘go to’ person/team.
  • Is committed to the importance and value of reliable attendance.
