Notice is given that Council proposes to grant leases in respect of community land to which Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.
Proposal by Council to grant eight (8) leases and one (1) sub-lease to Not for Profit Community Organisations operating at Council managed premises (as listed below).

Written submissions on the proposal must be sent to Council by 5pm, 18 February 2022 being not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.
