Draft Swimming Pool Inspection ProgramThe Swimming Pools Act 1992 was recently amended by the NSW Government. It requires Council to develop an inspection program to improve the compliance level of barriers around swimming pools in the Waverley local government area (LGA).

Waverley Council has prepared a draft Swimming Pool Inspection Program, and we want you to tell us what you think. The Program outlines the types of pools that will be inspected, as well as the order of inspections to be carried out by qualified pool inspectors. You can view the proposed Pool Inspection Program in one of two ways:

  • In person at our Customer Service Centre, 55 Spring Street, Bondi Junction, or at Council Chambers, cnr Paul Street and Bondi Road, Bondi Junction, between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
