Notice is given that Council proposes to grant four (4) licences in respect of community land to which Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.
The proposal relates to four (4) mobile vending licences within locations in premises known as Bondi Park (D500048) Reserve Trust, Bondi Beach NSW 2026 (Part lot 1746 DP726692, Part Lot 1749 DP728661 & Lot 1 DP911546) being:
- One (1) mobile unit adjacent Ramp 2, Promenade Bondi Beach
- One (1) mobile unit adjacent Ramp 4, Promenade Bondi Beach & One (1) satellite beach sand area for ‘opera style tent’, adjacent Ramp 3 Bondi Beach Promenade
- One (1) mobile unit adjacent Ramp 6, Promenade Bondi Beach
- One (1) mobile unit adjacent Ramp 7, Promenade Bondi Beach
It is proposed that the mobile vending licences are to be used as mobile refreshment and/or mobile beach related services at Bondi Beach (excluding alcohol sales and food trucks), with the proposed mobile vending licences to be granted for a maximum term of 5 years.
Written submissions on the proposal must be sent to Council by 5pm, 16 June 2023 being not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.
