Proposal by Council to grant a lease of the premises known as Tamarama Kiosk and Outdoor Seating Area, Tamarama Marine Drive, Tamarama Park

Notice is given that Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of community land to which Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.

The proposed lease relates to the premises known as Tamarama Kiosk and Outdoor Seating Area, Tamarama Park (R500481) Reserve Trust, Tamarama Marine Drive, Tamarama Park NSW 2026 (Within Lot 711 DP 1181647).

It is proposed that the premises be used as a kiosk selling light meals, coffee and drinks (excluding alcohol sales), with the proposed lease to be granted for a maximum term of 5 years.

Written submissions on the proposal must be sent to Council by 5pm, 4 August 2023 being not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.
