Consultation has concluded
Council resolved at its Strategic Planning and Development Committee meeting on 7 November 2017 to amend and place on public exhibition the Impounding Fees category of the Pricing Policy, Fees and Charges 2017–18 (Page 8 of Waverley Council adopted Pricing Policy, Fees and Charges 2017/18). Notice of public exhibition is required under Section 610F (3) and Section 705 of the Local Government Act.
Members of the public are invited to provide comment on the draft Impounding Fees category of the Pricing Policy, Fees and Charges 2017–18. Copies of the proposed amendments to the Impounding Fees are available online at haveyoursaywaverley.com.au or can be obtained in hard copy from Council’s Customer Service Centre, 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction.
Submissions should be lodged via our feedback form below or emailed to ipr@waverley.nsw.gov.au. In accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 all submission received will be available for public viewing upon request.
Submissions close on Wednesday 6 December 2017 at 5pm.
