Proposal by Waverley Council to grant a Lease for provision of beach related refreshments, at Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach NSW 2026
Notice is given that Waverley Council proposes to grant a Lease in respect of community land to which section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.
The proposed Lease relates to the land known as Part Ground Floor Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach NSW 2026. Located on Crown Reserve D500048.
Publicly notifies the proposal to grant a lease of the space up to a maximum of ten years for the provision of beach-related refreshments.
Written submissions on the proposal must be sent to Council by 5pm Friday, 10 October 2025 being not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.
How to make a Submission
Submissions must be in writing and may be either -
- Lodged online through haveyoursay.waverley.nsw.gov.au; or
- Mailed to the General Manager, Waverley Council, PO Box 9, Bondi Junction NSW 1355.
In accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 all submissions received will be available for public viewing upon request.
