Waverley Council has prepared Amendment No. 6 to the Waverley Development Control Plan 2012 (WDCP 2012). The Plan is authorised under section 3.43 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). In conjunction with the Waverley Development Control Plan, Waverley Council has also prepared the Waverley Development Application Guide.

The WDCP 2012 and the Waverley Development Application Guide will be available to view from Wednesday 27 June to Friday 27 July 2018, in the document library to your right, or in hard copy at the following locations:
