Consultation has concluded
The Draft Waverley Development Control Plan 2012(Amendment 7) (WDCP) seeks to implement changes required as part of the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Reforms. Parts B3 Landscaping and Biodiversity and B5 Vegetation Preservation are the only parts that are proposed to be amended.
The draft WDCP is available to view from Wednesday 13 November to Friday 13 December 2019, online and at the following locations:
Waverley Customer Service Centre 55 Spring Street Bondi Junction
Please note that all submissions will form part of Council’s public record and as such can be made available for public viewing on request.
