Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Modification Application DA-184/2013/C for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $200,000.33 to Waverley Council Complete Streets program.

The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 23 November 2016 to Wednesday 21 December 2016 at the following locations:
