Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Modification Application DA 585/2015/A for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $4,713,956 towards the Complete Streets Program and Waverley’s Affordable Housing fund.
