Waverley Council has received a draft Planning Agreement, as per section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, relating to the Development Application DA-572/2015 (as modified) for the above property. The draft Planning Agreement would provide a cash contribution of $316,200 to be applied towards Council’s Complete Streets program in particular Bondi Junction projects and affordable housing under Waverley's Affordable Housing Program.
The draft Planning Agreement is available to view from Wednesday 14 March 2018 to Wednesday 11 April 2018 at the following locations:
