Notice is given that Council proposes to grant a Licence in respect of community land to which section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.
The proposed Licence relates to part of the land known as Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.
It is proposed that the Licence be granted for a term of three years plus two X one year options (maximum term is 5 years).
It is proposed that the premises be used for the provision of Security Lockers for use by the general public.
Written submissions on the proposal must be sent to Council by 5pm, 19 August 2022 being not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.

In accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 all submissions received will be available for public viewing upon request.
