Council regularly receives requests to expand the Residential Parking Scheme (RPS) to include additional streets.

The ongoing expansion of RPS creates flow-on effects to neighbouring areas with repeat requests to include more and more streets in RPS zones.

With changes in community needs, technological advancements, and the evolving nature of transportation, we are now conducting a review, seeking EOIs from individuals to join an RPS Committee.

We propose that the committee comprises Councillors, staff and residents, to ensure diverse perspectives are considered in shaping the future of the RPS.

By completing the EOI form on this page, residents will have the chance to apply to become a member of the Waverley Council Residential Parking Scheme Committee.

Applications will be assessed by a panel according to criteria, including but not limited to; knowledge of RPS schemes, genuine interest for the project holistically, and residence in the Waverley LGA.

Please view the below Map for Waverley LGA boundaries and Wards. You can also view and zoom in on the map by visiting Waverley Council website.

A thorough evaluation process will be carried out to determine the most suitable applicants to be members of the RPS Committee. Proposed members will be submitted to Council for approval.
