We're aware of residents' concerns about how the location of the bins for collection on O'Dowd Street has been attracting illegal dumping and causing a health hazard for nearby residents.
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback regarding a trial to place bins in front of your own residence on Victoria Street.
Considering the feedback, we are now proposing to instead trial the collection of bins at the rear of your residence.
Let us know your thoughts on this trial by 24 July 2020. We will then let you know whether the trial will go ahead and when it will commence.
Any question? Please contact Shane Smith, Council's Executive Manager, Waste and Cleansing on 9083 8632.
